IndependentWe take no provider money

The market is a mess. We sort out who is safe, legal, and fairly priced.

The Peptide Foundation rates licensed telehealth providers on safety, legality, and value so you can find real peptide and GLP-1 therapy without getting scammed. Pick the compound you’re pricing, or answer five quick questions and get matched.

Why we exist

You should not have to independently test your food or your over-the-counter medicine, and you should not have to become an expert to find peptide therapy safely. But this market is full of unlicensed sellers, hidden fees, and products that are not what the label says. We do the checking so patients can find treatment that is safe, legal, and fairly priced.

How we rate a provider

Every provider is scored against the same five criteria. The rubric is public, the scores are set before any commercial relationship, and no provider can pay to move up.

We take no money from the providers we rate. No commissions, no paid placement. See how we're funded.

Licensed pharmacy sourcing

Medication is dispensed through a state-licensed 503A pharmacy or FDA-registered 503B facility, not a research-chemical vendor.

Prescription and provider evaluation

A licensed provider evaluates the patient and writes a prescription before anything is dispensed.

Price transparency

Prices are published publicly, not hidden behind a consult or an account wall.

Fee transparency

Consult fees, membership fees, and what is included are disclosed up front, with no surprise charges.

Stated coverage and support

The states served and the ongoing clinical support included are clearly stated.

What separates a real provider from a gray-market seller

This is the line we hold. Every provider in our directory is on the left. We never list the right.

What we list
  • Prescription after a licensed provider evaluation
  • Dispensed by a 503A or 503B licensed US pharmacy
  • Published, verifiable pricing
What we never list
  • "Research use only" vials sold without a prescription
  • No pharmacy, no clinician, no oversight
  • Unverified identity, purity, and dose
