A peptide blend is exactly what it sounds like. It is a single compounded preparation that contains more than one peptide, mixed together by a pharmacy and dispensed in one vial. Instead of two or three separate products, you get one item that you prepare and use once.
You have probably seen these under nicknames. Glow combines three components. Wolverine and Klow are other examples that circulate under brandy names. Some blends pair a growth hormone releasing peptide with a secretagogue, like CJC-1295 with ipamorelin or tesamorelin with ipamorelin.
How the components fit into one vial
When a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy makes a blend, a pharmacist combines the individual peptides at fixed ratios into a single formulation. The result is one solution once reconstituted. That is different from buying, say, BPC-157 and TB-500 as two vials and preparing each separately.
The convenience is real. One vial means one reconstitution step, one storage item in the refrigerator, and one product to track. For anyone who found juggling several vials confusing, that simplicity is the main draw.
Why providers offer them
There are a few honest reasons a telehealth clinic or its partner pharmacy sells blends. Convenience is the obvious one. Start by writing down what is actually in the blend. A reputable pharmacy or clinic will tell you the component peptides and their amounts. If they will not, that is a reason to ask more questions before you buy.

Keep one limit in mind. Not every peptide is available separately at every pharmacy, and some are only offered inside a blend. A few compounds also carry legal restrictions. A quick caution on quality
The only appropriate purchase channel is a licensed US pharmacy filling a prescription. If a price looks too good, that is usually the reason.
